I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to guiding children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate the challenges of life. I love people and believe that even with our weaknesses and shortcomings, people are good at heart.
I received a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a bachelor’s degree in Family Life: Human Development from BYU. Before opening my private practice in 2016, I worked as a mental health therapist at a high school in Washington. I am an advocate for racial and social justice and am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, traveling, and reading. I am also a wife and a mother to three energetic young kids. On those gorgeous Pacific Northwest summer weekends, you can find me at the beach reading a book or playing in the sand with my kids. Being outdoors in nature both inspires and calms me.
The most important thing for you to know about me is that I love what I do. I care deeply about my clients and their families. I believe that as human beings we are wired for connection. Our most important relationships can cause deep hurts, but they also have the incredible power to heal us. It's my privilege to witness those transformations happen as we work together to improve your relationship with yourself, your partner, or your family.
